PLEASE CHECK IN AT WINDOW ONE (1) upon arrival.  Close Encounter price does not include zoo admission, and it must be purchased separately.   When it is time for your close encounter, please arrive at the gathering spot by the exhibit promptly five (5) minutes before your program starts.  (Please see the zoo map for the exact location) These may contain multiple groups, but they will start on time.  No refunds will be given for any circumstances unless the weather or animals do not cooperate, and this is solely at the discretion of the zoo staff.  Be safe and have fun on your Close Encounter of the Wild Kind!
